Our Stories, Your Impact contiunes with Phase 6 of West Side Forward's Timeline.

In Phase 6, we highlight key milestones in our history, starting with the appointment of Roxanne Charles as President and CEO— a role she continues to excel in today. This phase also commemorates the visit of Illinois Comptroller Susana A. Mendoza, who came to our West Side Forward office for a memorable stakeholder meeting. We were truly honored to host her and discuss the future of our community. 

April 2023 - Roxanne Charles appointed President of West Side Forward by the Board of Directors. 

May 2023 - Illinois Comptroller visits West Side Forward for a stakeholder meeting. 

May 2023 - West Side Forward leadership attends Breakfast event at the 37th Ward Alderman Emma Mitts office. 

August 2023 - West Side Forward is an exhibitor at the West Side Business Connect, presented by Allies for Community Business.
